While the over all plot is pretty disturbing I do think it tells a pretty good narrative about how trauma will haunt you and that what you do to other people will have an effect on yourself just as much as it does on to them.

I don't think this is a BL or even a Yaoi just because there is smut in it, because the "smut" isn't there to entice the readers it's being used as a means to punish the characters for their past actions.

In the end what happened to the MC will never leave him and will haunt him forever, and it may even warp him into a person just like Sheep Mask where he becomes the very thing he hates out of a sense of revenge.

Sheep Mask most likely wildve just committed suicide after he killed the MC finally because just like the ending showed, even if you do get rid of the one who hurt you, the mental anguish and scars will always be there, making everything remind you of them. A short comic, really disturbing, and I genuinely felt creeped out by some panels.

Lmao when hes remembering his time spent in this hell hole with Jaekyung it's like the author is trying to shoehorn in some "good moments" between them to somewhat convince us that Dan leaving is a bad idea. And the only good thing that Dan could remember was a moment that wasn't even in the webtoon at all

"I know he raped me repeatedly and also entrapped me in an unfair sexual relationship through my job, but remember that time we played Jenga together? That was awesome at least." Seriously we went 50+ chapters of Jaekyung being the absolute worst to his gym bros, to Dan, to his opponents and now we're supposed to feel sorry for him because he's mad at himself for what he's done??

Even when he's trying to feel remorse for something he acts like a child throwing a tantrum the whole time. I seriously don't know how a guy this uncharismatic has so many actual fans in this fake world of MMA bc real MMA fighters have to at least be pretty decent for viewers to be interested in them.

Realistically this is the best for Dan he should just take the money and live the rest of his days with his grandma before she inevitably passes away. He's wasted so much time with Jaekyung instead of spending it with someone he actually cares about.
