Its probably because all of our reading lists got wiped clean from the reboot. You'd have to manually add it back to your reading list to be ablr yo get updates again. Not sure if mangago is working on getting it back
maybe the manga you're reading is unmarked or still marked as "want to read". it was like that for me too, but once i sorted my list, i got notifications like before the site crashed
Is it just me? There used to be daily updates in the notification when theres new uploads but it hasn’t been working as of late ╥﹏╥
