The story is very middle school imo snd I mean that in a nice way. I think its very good for what is is and I mostly read it to get over my slump. I think the biggest highlight was when he gave her 17 presents to make up for all her missed birthdays, that was genuinely really nice

i was kind if annoyed at first cuz it felt like the author was lowk forcing a redemption arc for hysesung’s mom, but I like that he has a conflicting response and isnt just 100% ready to have her back in his life. u did that one lil thing author ✍
he’s not even going by a fake name wtf took so long
the author trying to retcon some angst so bad, this shouldve happened in their college arc lollll
i was like wtf but seeing them back is actually more enjoyable, i guess i actually missed them
