Could anybody help me find this one BL? I remember the MC is haunted by the ghost of his dead ex bf appearing in his apartment at a specific time during the night I think. Then he has a neighbor (?) which is the ML or something that helps him and lets him stay over and they ultimately solve the case of the dead bf's murder I believe? It's a very unique plot even among "MC can see ghosts" stories, but for some reason I can't find it. Thank you!

I'm trying to find this one manga where uke had a sister who was like a prophet or something and he didn't want her to be taken away so he volunteered as tribute so she could run away. I remember there were like districts named after jewels and the uke was in love with the Ruby Prince or something. Ty!

It's cute and I like the mpreg but I just get a little disappointed when stories already have an unequal power dynamic, and they still have to make the receiving end of that inequality (usually the mc/uke) be the one to beg, plead and insist themselves upon the other one. I just groan at the second-hand embarrassment wishing for the MC to at least have some semblance of dignity.
