So I remember reading a manga here awhile back, but I can’t seem to find it again? It was about this village boy who was picked to be the village sacrifice at a young age, but then he grew up to be “unwomanly” aka he was manly with massive man tiddies. Anyway, when he was meant to be the sacrifice he went to the forest or something and met the god (who was like a dragon snake god thingy). The rest is kinda fuzzy but they get attacked at some point and for some reason I remember the god had a slit and his d*ck would slide out of that slit like a snake. Oh also the dragon god was really young looking (typical uke looking). If someone could please help me find it I’d be really grateful :)
