1. Why does a nanny bot need a sex function with complete operational gentials? Suspicious AF.

2. How can a sweet nanny robot raise such evil children? TF. Even the girls didn't defend him from Rau when Rau was toxic. Pink-haired girl even went on a gaslighting pact with Rau so just she could have his help with her crush. Dark-haired girl was kinda decent but didn't do shit either. Don't even let me start ranting on Deon.

3. Not a question but those children treated Ivan like a chump they could take advantage over. Pink-haired girl had that speech that said "Ivan taught me how to love. He's better than my human parents." Blah blah blah... gurl! You're willing to trick him for tips on how to win black-haired girl.

4. Where were the nurses when Deon rushed broken Ivan into Rau's ICU room. WTF? Are there even standards in that hospital? The guys shouting at Rau "get yourself together!" when he was crashing and the monitors were beeping cracked me up! Call the doctor/nurses you freaking idiots.

In the end, the story was half-entertaining (for often the wrong reasons) and half-infuriating (poor Ivan). I would start a robot uprising if I had to deal with these people.

I thought it'll go like how the others would but I didn't expect the tables getting turned. Well, Takamada, fucking take all the sass/rejections and don't even think of whining even if it takes two eternities for him to forgive you. You know what you did.

I thought I'd chuck Doyeol to the trash after I read all of this. I never expected to pity him in the end. WTF Kyujin. Good job!

This is one of the first one I've read that not only shows the aftermath of sexual assault but also realistically shows the struggles and the psychological turmoil of being a victim. It's very well done.

Most yaois out there that contain sexual assault only covers the story between the rapist and the victim but always ends up unsatisfactory, often with the victim not even receiving any sort of justice— it's either they just fall into stockholm syndrome or some other savior swoops in to the rescue and they live happily ever after. The fleshing out of trauma and the messy healing process is often omitted.

This work simply put all of those rape yaois to shame by not only giving the punishment of imprisonment to the perpetrator (even if it's only 2 years), but also by continuing deeply into the consequences of the victim's hugely altered life. I have always wanted someone to make something like this. Now, there's this one and I will definitely purchase it on the legit site.

I'm glad to put this on my Rapist Rejection list because this is top tier RR. Finally! Something to add to that very short list.

I already ran out of dark reads. Hope this stays updated.

Note: Was this a novel first? If so, I have not read the novel. I'm just pulling this out of my ass.

It's probably a dead giveaway that MC will be victimised by the serial killer who is probably the duke who is probably obsessed with him. Come on, short-haired, black-haired, white-skinned males are being targeted. It's not a coincidence the MC has the exact same description.

I guess this story is probably more of mind-bogling mystery in novel form because the author can always choose not to reveal a character's appearance.

Again, pulled out of my sleep-deprived ass. Don't take me too seriously.

Is old construction guy just a burnt-out but faithful married man and dad to three ingrates or is he the final boss of this temptress manhwa?

Tara Dikov November 9, 2020 7:07 pm

That's some fucking shady psychiatrist, administering shady medication, and shady ass therapy. What I know is he isn't prescibing some legit psych meds because that leaves people with shattered libido.

The story's ripe for it. Therapist Noah is a ghost without memories and relies only on Dylan's account of the events. Who's to say that Dylan's a reliable narrator? Of course, I could totally be wrong... but I can't help it. The story is set up to raise some subtle red herrings.

I for one think Dylan is not who he thinks he is, what if he was another victim of the handsome man or something ┐( ∵ )┌
Idk it's so mysterious, man I'm in love with the plot

The thing that doesn't sit well with me is the attitude difference between Therapist Noah and Killer Noah (I don't think the memory wipe also affected the personality... but I could be wrong). Of course my mind went to Dylan instantly. Is he telling the whole truth? Or just a partial one? The story made everything he says so unverifiable, though. I don't hate it as I like suspense and mystery.

Oh I mixed them up, I originally meant what if Noah was also a victim (never good with names TT)
So it turns up Noah isn't the handsome man (killer) we're made to believe he was, which would also explain the difference in attitudes between killer Noah and therapist Noah
As if he's an entirely different person we haven't met yet, but that seems a bit farfetched...
Alas!! Noah's green eyes.... What was that...?!

    Could be a shizophrenic

Have you guys read 'This Ending'? Is by the same author, and let me tell you a thing... She/He likes to play with our expectations, so don't believe in everything you see in this manhwa either!!!!

I wouldn't say the attitude difference is that big, Noah is the "bad for the greater good"type of guy and it doesn't feel like his core personality change. If you look back on the dude that was beating his wife, he didn't care that someone might be inconvenienced or hurt in any way if it meant it'd end in a good result, which is the same approach Noah has to his research

IDK man... also, I think the attitude change can also be blamed on Dylan's faulty POV. I don't know if it's even used in webtoons but it's usually found in books— the unreliable narrator trope— where you can't trust the storyteller to tell the truth. I could be wrong but if I'm right, props on the creator for making use of such an underused/difficult-to-portray trope in webtoons.

The other thing I based my suspicions off is on how Therapist Noah acted as he knew "himself" bit by bit via Dylan's story. He is kinda disappointed and low-key shook in what kind of a person he was as per Dylan's account of who he was. It's like he can't find familiarity between him and Killer Noah. Also when he said "The better you know the person, the more they start to disappoint you. Therefore it's great if you don't know anything", it's like a double-purpose quote also telling the readers of how he feels after just knowing he's a person who kidnaps people and does a Josef Mengele on them.

Again, I could totally be all wrong and the plot simply follows occam's razor. However, I'd very much like to be wrong in my own time, though.

It's not going to happen. Seungho is going to lose his shit over the servant first for making a mess or some other thing. Possessive seme is possessive.
