Some people may agree, others may disagree and some might be in-between with partially agreeing and disagreeing with me but I would like to just my opinion of this manga out there. When reading this manga I realised it quite an interesting fantasy/supernatural story and it's concepts are quite different then other manga. For example, the way people get pregnant can be done in three ways, couples can be man+man, woman+woman and woman+man or any other gender combination and any person can give birth, despite their gender. That's awesome to me because it's so unlike what I've previously read which is normally omegas and/or females only being able to give birth, some stories do allow alpha males also to give birth but not always. In others it's about either the uke or seme having some pre-existing condition which allows them or their partner to give birth. That's one reason why I like this manga so much.
Another is that this manga is really thought out in a way. For example, it was made with categories of what kind of creatures they could be, how must of most of the population is monkeys that don't know about the world truly and how there are different kinds of seeds each person could depending on their parents. That means the person creating this took their time and effort to make it interesting, not just a yaoi romance, or no romance some of people might say, but a world that has so much potential it is weird that others haven't picked up on this idea. The world is truly fascinating the way it was created in this manga and explored which is another reason why I like this manga.
Another is that there were so many couples explored in here. I loved that there were completely different pairs, each couple had unique personalities and was drawn out awesomely and with lots of thought making most characters easy to distinguish from others. Though, not each couple is given a complete story yet but I look forward to seeing more of those couples because I believe the person creating this gave each character personality and each couple faces their own problems, which is unlike some manga where they just get together and live happily ever after, not that I don't like those stories. That's another reason.
Lastly, I don't have the enough mind power left to write more things I love but there are many more things, I really love that no one here is completely defined in their sexuality. I know it frustrates people with not putting any labels on a person's sexuality and other times it's just people are frustrated with the whole concept "I'm straight but not for you" but I believe that's what makes it more realistic because sometimes not everyone can accept they like more than one gender and that's absolutely fine in my book and sometimes it could also be due to not understanding themselves which is also okay and there many other reasons people say this, not everyone understands their sexuality but they shouldn't have to, it's okay to like someone just because you like some parts of their personality and maybe their looks, their genitalia and/or what they identify as shouldn't matter so much, at least that's what I think.
I really do want to mention one more thing and that is that this manga does contain rape and non-consensual harassment and I want to be upfront with saying that I'm not okay with it. But, and you probably knew I was going to give a but, it is worth reading because not all of this is rape and even though the rape isn't really addressed, which does annoy me in many ways, however this manga was written around the early 2000's so of course it's going to have the old fashioned ideas rape, still going on, tropes in yaoi and other manga too. Just try out this manga and if you don't like it you don't have to but I really do and hope for it to be updated. Thank you for reading this comment, goodnight.
