It's mostly because he is supposed to be depicted as a giant of a human, Chloe is actually a pretty decent height for a female in here considering her sister was about the same height and so was the red haired girl who tried to steal him. Also maybe it could be cause she is just turning 19 while he is 27 or 28 I don't remember
