it looks like things will wrap up around chapter ~50. i’ve also noticed that there’s a bit more visible emotional depth on mikael’s side in this manhwa, which is nice. yul and his baby are soso cute, too!!! and so many people are still worried about yul turning into a doll during the deed, lmao, some things never change.
i just hope that anyone who decides to read the novel won’t make the mistake i did and find something they can’t unsee lol. if you’re like me and picked this up for fluff and wholesomeness (and spice), be careful when you get to the heavier extras. it just wasn’t my cup of tea (￣∇￣;;)

same with soobin’s personality. maybe this is a mischaracterization on my part, but it felt like at some point, soobin became a mary sue. i thought he’d have a bit more depth that would be expanded on as the story progressed, but his interactions with the other guild members remained sort of bland.
same thing for their dynamic. they’re both so cute together, but i was surprised chahyun let everything go so easily. i know he has a soft spot for soobin, but remembering how he mentioned feeling an emptiness in the other’s two-year absence… i thought issues like that would take around 5-10 chapters to be resolved lol.
also, when soobin talked about some kind of line being drawn between chahyun and the others, i really thought that would be a major thing, since from what i remember, there was an innuendo that the others were scared or hesitant to cross that line. so what made soobin want to?? what made him different?? what motivated him back then?? when did he fall in love??? what was the line????
lol looking at all i wrote, i think i took it all way too seriously. it’s a shounen ai with 85 chapters…. i think i just got my hopes up way too high and want more chapters, so that’s my bad.. they’re just too cute (￣∇￣")
