have you tried handshake? linkedin is also pretty useful, too. it's kinda hard to find even entry-level job these days without reference. can i ask what type of job you're looking for?
hi, I should have probably given more context hahaha but I am currently a student in year 12 well I have just finished year 12 and will start year 13 in September, and I'm from the UK. I wanted some more work experiences to like put in my personal statement and stuff like that. Something related to finance, banking or accounting would be good. I know a lot of people like do shadowing and stuff but I really lack the contacts hahaha. . I have tried LinkedIn and Handshake i think is more for students in universities or like institutes that have some partnership idk but I tried to make an account and it wouldn't really let me.
