ppl callin joohyun stupid for not getting with minwoo as if minwoo didn't try to bite him in chap 25, knowing that joohyun didnt reciprocate his feelings. idk if ppl just overlook it or genuinely forgot considering it's been a while since they've read that chapter. i remember bc i was rootin for him until that ngl. he ain't really a saint either. ntm he's tried to force his feelings on joohyun so. many. times. knowing joohyun has feelings for seojun.
also, i'd like to add that it lowk sucks and is uncomfortable to find out one of ur closest friends has feelings for u, bc it can really taint a friendship, not knowing whether theyve actually viewed you as a friend or just someone they wanna get with.
edit: by trying to bite joohyun, minwoo kinda proves that he doesn't care about joohyun's feelings and that he feels as though joohyun is his, as though joohyun is an object to own rather than a person with feelings. even recently, minwoo still kinda acts like joohyun belongs to him. he's been very possessive of him since the beginning. wouldn't that only get worse if they got into a relationship? idk just my thoughts

Yeah minwoo ain't a saint but he is compared to the ml also I don't think it should taint the relationship because forming a crush after getting to know someone is completely normal it doesn't mean they didn't view you as a friend they just fell in love

i said it can taint, it doesnt always. it's happened to me a couple of times, and i know it's happened to so many others. considering joohyun pretended not to notice minwoo's feelings just goes to show that he believed it would change their relationship and it kind of did.
to say minwoo is a saint compared to seojun is interesting, considering minwoo is the one who's tried to bite joohyun, minwoo's been the one to get violent, and the way he takes care of joohyun seems like thinly veiled possessiveness. considering bammandeuk has also written a psychological bl before, i wouldn't be surprised if it's intentional.
Seojun has raped joohyun and is also possessive of him he's also lied to him multiple time you're just accepting that because joohyun likes him which is your prerogative.
nowhere did i say seojun is a walking green flag. both of them have glaring faults. my only point is that neither of them are any better than the other, but joohyun gets called stupid for choosing to be with one and not the other. don't get me wrong, i love minwoo as a character too, but i would be remiss if i pretended that he has never done anything wrong.

yeah, that was all i was trying to say. the way some ppl talk abt the story and its characters makes me scratch my head wondering if we're reading the same thing. it's a pick your poison type of deal. neither are green, nor would i say either are red. they both are yellow, imo.
as i said, i was rooting for him until the bite attempt, so i personally would've loved if we got to see a bit more joohyun/minwoo, but i'm guessing that it'll stay unrequited. part of me wonders if that's bc we already get smth similar in all for me by the same creator.
