I just want to know from an outsider's point of view, so I'm a medical transcriptionist. if Christmas is coming there's this called bonus and 13th month pay. the bonus is up to the employer how much to give.. the 13th month is computed based on salary within that year. so, the problem is it's February now and our 13th month pay isn't still given and obviously we arent given the bonus. Honestly though, I don't care about the bonus, I just need that 13th . what do you think should I do? btw, all of us haven't received it..
is it possible to bring it up with your boss or HR department? also look up what the laws are in your country for unpaid wages

You should all have a talk with the director or the person who's supposed to pay you. I don't think they forgot about giving you your salary but, maybe the issue is related to something else. The best way is to discuss things !! ^-^

There are a lot of yaoi artist that definitely would make better if not best shoujo/seinen/joesi manga. Like Kizu Natsuki, Watanabe Asia, Zaria/zariya, hiwatari haruki, bubunhaten/kazuki rai, ichikawa ichi.. who do you think would make an absolutely wonderful manga of different genre other than yaoi if given a chance to make one? Like Yamamoto Kotetsuko, I really, really adore Honey Sweet Kitchen (σ≧▽≦)σ and yoneda kou's new josei manga..
There are some that do both genre, but use different pen names like TAKAGI Shigeyoshi/OGAWA Chise or UKYOU Ayane/SAKYO Aya (allthough both have started with shoujo, but in recent years have only published BL mangas)
