i totally get what u mean bc i’ve been trying to look for some, and i thought “tomb raider king” was it but nooooo they just had to make irene fall for him and force the relationship ffs.

oh omniscient readers viewpoint has hints of romance which imo were unnecessary but it was good regardless, the ending was an open ending so u can imagine whoever u want to end up with him since it was never clarified who or if he ended up in a relationship.
