This is yaoi Japanese manga I think comedy complete not too long.
From what I remember the uke is sort of a plain Jane he is I think childhood or Atleast now friends with the seme who is super cute angel like features and everyone adores to the point of wondering why the seme hang out with the uptight plain uke. Now over summer break the seme had a growth spurt and is now super handsome and tall although try’s to act cute sometimes for the uke but doesn’t work due to his change in appearance. They go off the university together where someone remembers the uke as actually being quite pretty but the seme overpowers him to have all eyes on him . Super funny manga with spin off of the semes brothers thank you
