Caius dick is massive so I'd stay

I think I would leave. I mean yeah he may love Caius but that´s the only thing... and they can´t have s*x all the way so it´s bad. But it would be great, if Caius can go to Kouichi world, and can travel anytime he want there and back to his world (⌒▽⌒)

I would go home. Suddenly disappearing and leaving my family and friends with the devastation of an unsolved missing persons case would kill me.

And that's why I don't think about it too hard when it comes to this comic. (￣∇￣")

That's the thing though his parents are gone and you only matter so much to your extended family and friends he has no real ties to that world anymore

The materialistic and selfish side of me would stay because, holy shit, marrying royalty means you can have pretty much anything you could ever want. And love is included too. But the other side of me would be eaten up inside from missing my friends and the world I know. But tbh...... if I were Kouichi, I would stay. He had struggled hard and long, and finally he found someone who can really love and understand him. I think the author will either make him stay in that world, or have the characters figure out some way to go back and forth. OR, maybe, Kouichi decides to leave but misses Caius too much to the point where he goes back? :))

I’d stay. I mean if he’s able to possibly communicate with his friends that would be even better but his parents are gone and I don’t think they mentioned any other real family. I feel like once he finds some friends over there it may ease his longing...Also even if he goes back he loves caius so it would be terrible either way. I don’t see a good middle ground unless he can communicate with the other side.

Yes, but why Kouichi must sucrifice his previous life for Caius? Yes, he loves him and it´s great, but unless for their love, what can Caius give to Kouichi? He doesn´t have there his friends, can´t play basketball and many things. And they can´t even sleep together. And Caius thinks about his rule and people (And of course he loves Kouichi), but I don´t see on Caius side nothing special except from Caius ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Tbh, I was thinking with the exact same way as you.For the first part of your answer. But in the end if I was Kouichi I would return to my own world. He is there just some days so it is too ealy for him to decide to leave everything behind.Of course the best of all it would be like you said in the end. To find a way to go back and forth.

The more I read your anwer the more I agree with you. Koichi is the one that will make all the sucrificies and I dont think this should be the case.
