I think omega verse manga has only been written for yaoi ... besides, not sure how the mechanics would work for one girl getting another girl pregnant ...
If I remember correctly, most omegaverse say the clitoris would grow into a penis. I imagine seeing that in yuri would essentially make it futanari.
those who omegaverse are fujo doujinshikas so ofc they prefer yaoi. i kept on seeing request like this so if the international fujos has interest, why not just do one since the Japanese doujinshikas only use yuri pairing as sub characters or a plot device.

Wow.. I really amazed with this comment when i actually differ myself by saying that this story have a good plot, drama, smex, better dev character than the first one. Which giving so huge gap with the first, and i fall in love with this sequel more.
