The mc got into an accident when he was young and now he has a hard time feeling sensations. Sex for him is becoming less stimulating and he starts wanting to have pain. Because of his yearning for pleasure and sensations in general he sleeps around a lot. After he has gotten bored with his sex partner of 2 months he thinks his partner came back and and tops him (his partner was the bottom) he likes it so much and thought that maybe he should stay with him but after turning around he sees it’s not his partner. He finds out the guy is the shut in younger brother (ml is 23) of his partner. He finds out that the ml is younger than himself and so at first thinks he shouldn’t be with him and tell the younger brother to tell his partner that they are done. (He at first doesn’t want to be with him because he can’t stand younger men which is something you find out the reasoning for in the first couple chapters.) eventually he can’t help himself and tries to get close and have sex with the ml. (Mac also finds it hard to deal with that mc is a hopeless romantic who believes you should have sex with only someone you’ll marry. I know it sounds like a lot of spoiling but this is basically the reason everything happens and is the starting point.
Btw a big reason he likes it is because sex hurts with him and so it makes him feel the sensations he’s been looking for.
*Mc also finds it hard to deal with the ml because he’s a hopeless romantic who believes you should only have sex with someone you’ll marry.

i really think after speedreading the first arc with iltak finally getting tgt with hyunwoo, i see that it was really really well thought through. at first i was really tolerating all the second hand embarrassment but in the end hyung joo ended up being one of my favourite characters despite being like that at first.
i hope the author can do the same with the second arc. i dont like that gambling is indirectly involved and things become more adult but i think its good that we finally know hyunwoo's background. just please can the author not drag this on for too long
