Reading this chapter right after hearing the news that my friend died in a traffic accident on her way to meet her parents completely shattered me. At first, her parents didn’t even know she had passed away — they were only told that she had been in an accident, so her dad rushed to the hospital hoping to find her alive, only to discover that she was already gone.
