I love the story mainly because it does one thing spectacularly right- it give the main character some *development*. Like she may not be smarter, but she indeed became more cunning, and I live for thisssss
I love it when I main character actually do what she intend to do- no matter the methods! Thank god she's not hust singing all day
To everyone who need help: Kajiro is the bottom, he was born feom a whore and some nobody patron, his mom kept him and neglected him until a guy who was one of her previous patron found them (probably she owned him moeny) the patron adopt him, groom him and rape him. In that moment Kajiro (bottom) understood that he is nothing, he has no one and he is no one. In that pit of self hatred, truma and lost of identity he understood that he still have one thing going for him and it is his face. So he basiclly decided to whore himsrlf out and gained power, authority and recognition withh using his body.
The top is Tsubaki, a man who was raised well, grown up to be a reightous upstanding man who was "secretly" insane and deeply preverse. He love violance is sadistic and actually kind of a sociopath.
Both meet up, understad that they are kind of similar- both are unhinged and sexually dreanged. And decided to hook up.
Important points:
● the patron who adopted Kajiro did it because he is a digusting pedophile who really only wanted to groom Kajiro becuse of his beautiful face.
● Only very later on (ch 5) Kajiro and Tsubaki are in a kind of monogamous. That's becuse Tsubaki's partners are man after all and don't like their boytoy to actually be a boytoy(why be suprise by the fact that a whore is a whore? How's he gonna make a living?? Dude. Be real)
● Kajiro is still a policeman till the last chapter, id understood correctly. Dunno. Bit he's in fact not a policman anymore.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ hope that help someone.
