I am so confused.
During the party Kouichi drank/ate this karina fruit thing which is safe for titans but not so well with humans. Due to its magical properties, Kouichi reacts to its aphrodisiac-like elements each night as the moon grows full. The only way for him to be cured is to consume Karina's paired fruit, the Raisa. Raisa's fruit will nullify the effects of the Karina if eaten. The more the full moon draws near, the worse it'll affect Kouichi and getting fucked every night is gradually draining his strength.
Meanwhile, Kouichi feels like he's a bit of a burden to Caius. He's royalty and yet he's accompanying Kouichi away from his palace to do these things. Kouichi doesn't wanna let go of him so I guess that's why he's so adamant to stay near him.
Back to the Raisa fruit cure. It's extremely rare so they had to travel far to find it but even going to this beast city wielded no results. Then the furry guys came with a proposition. They look real supsicious but who knows lol could be a red herring...
