What chapters does the anime end?
Currently, the manga is behind the anime content but I highly recommend you to start from the start. Too much was changed and the development here is better.
I'll also add that you get Ryouma's past explained here, you'll understand why he is the way he is and just how heavy it was for him as well. The anime took out everything related to that for Ryouma, which in my opinion was a huge mistake.
Is there a story here that is inspirational and about business or money?
There is a BL called “The New Emoloyee”. The MC is turning over a new leaf or just starting over and got a good job. He’s gay and so is the team leader he works with. I like that they already know their sexuality and the MC is trying to move forward from his past. It’s based off of a light novel, so you know it’s good. I dropped it around chapter 10 because I want to wait till it gets an official translation.
