What the author means by chapter 60 is that it was the finale for season 2, not the conclusion of the entire story.
They made that notice when only the first three chapters of S3 were out in Korea, and it seemed like an AU, so I guess they wanted to look smart and thought the entire Season would be AU

If there is a notification, I have updated Chapter 23 with the latest version. A few days ago, there was an update for the Korean version, and the author mentioned that it takes time for the other versions to be updated as well.
