Hello there, fellow writer! I can share some ideas with you. Firstly, how about setting it in a love hotel? They have different themes and I already found some inspiration you could use by googling "love hotel bondage". If you don't want to go with the love hotel idea, I would just go with the other guy's clothing items as restraints like his tie and/or belt. As far as positions go, my favorite is "bottoming from the top" AKA riding, and it's especially hot if the guy being penetrated has his wrists tied behind him while the guy giving it to him moves the receiver's body up and down.
