Is is because he’s struggling to come to terms with his sexuality?? Or is he afraid that their relationship won’t work out so he’s self sabotaging??? Not used to being treated well so his fight or flight was triggered?? I didn’t see this coming what happened?
It’s pretty obvious no? Being afraid that their relationship isnt going to work out is one thing, but from Chapter 6, its shown that his issue is that he believes a “normal” life with a happy, conventional family (like the one he saw on that trip and the one Kirato actually has) is much more preferable. Thats something he never had in the first place, unlike Kirato as he was wondering if his selfishness (to be with kirato) would continue to take things away from him, so after their first time he realized that love isnt everything (like his mom said in Chapter 7), that nothing good could come from their fruitless relationship, and decided to put an end to it.
+ That’s also why we got that glimpse of Kirato talking to his family in the latest chapter. He probably came out to them and was accepted, and that’s going to put Yuiji’s worries at ease.

I think Nanjo is about to say some crazy ass shit to Mok, I don’t think the angst is on a downhill slope guys. We still don’t know why Nanjo is so attached to seonhwa despite knowing he wasn’t serious about him or why he wants to clear the air with him. Honestly he might tell Mok to make a way for him to see Seonhwa again or to just stay tf away from him, idk I hope I’m wrong tho I just.. I can’t bring myself to bring my hopes up yet
