The story is awful, it's missing a lot of context from the original novel, it has way too many characters(literally almost a new one each chapter it seems), and the story has completely lost its momentum. Why do we need to be in mining and toys and fabric and then a port??? Just do one f*cking thing. And the shit that pisses me off the most is that there is no reason that the FL and ML should even like each other. They just get horny when they argue and shit. And the ML is mad manipulative and always on his high horse.
Please, for your sake, don't read this ASS story. THE PREMISE WAS COOL but after a certain point, the whole story is lost. It feels like the author was kidnapped by her own "story building" and so now all the little side quests and side characters have robbed us of a decent story line.
