Nanjo does NOT like sunhwa anymore. He’s just feeling guilty about the situation, and more than that he feels like mokyeon is someone who roped him in this situation in the first place. Also, guys, what mokyeon did in the first season’s finale is literally humiliating… even if he already did have feelings for mokyeon then (which I believe he did) it would still have made him angry.
