I think it'd be best if you don't read anything for a while. Even better if you stop scrolling on this website. Just do something else. Maybe go watch something- anything until you feel like reading again. If you don't then you're going to feel even more stuck and tired

it's really plot heavy, season 1 is shounen ai but s2 is mature and has lot of those scenes to goon to, like the slowburn in the beginning really makes it worth it.
Or maybe you could just take a break..
