So like... I've had this thought from early on when Jinwoo just got to the village and the ppl were being mysteriously cryptic...
Don't get me wrong, I totally understand the fear they live in. BUT!!!!!! As the doctor stated, THEY still CHOSE to go with Wonwon (yes, he's Wonwon (▰˘◡˘▰)) despite the vile things he did to them!!! There's NO WAY they could have assumed that going with him meant life was gonna be rainbows and butterflies from that moment on, so they must have known what they'd be getting into.
They literally ACCEPTED the trauma he was offering with both hands, in order to survive because as they've stated multiple times it's extremely dangerous outside. But behind his back, they're plotting his death in order to steal what belongs to him... Not to get away, no. To take what's not theirs. And that's the part that's most upsetting for me..
The last chapter with that woman made me dislike her even more because she and the others are so deeply mired in their own deluded self righteousness, they fail to see their thinking is the same (and maybe worse) than Wonwon and the hounds.
I mean, wanting to live in "freely" is one thing. But are they willing to go out and build such a place for themselves?? Of course NOT! (⌒▽⌒) Instead, they wanna steal other people's stuff. The village is not theirs. They're not the ones going out to bring in supplies. Yet they feel entitled to take it for themselves after killing Wonwon and the hounds.
And now Jinwoo is going along with her plan, so I can just imagine all the drama in store for next season...
After finishing this season, I've realised that Wonwon's literally the only person being honest (for the most part) in this entire story!
Anywho, save your knives to deal with Wonwon and the hounds.
Maybe I too am a little not right in the head, so those two-faced village really piss me off
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I mean if a guy had food and water in an apocalypse, you'd follow him, doesn't mean you'd be ok with him killing everyone around you once your sanity was restored a bit and you were no longer starving. Literally how people got into like dictatorships, they clearly don't then owe the dictator their lives even if they had voted for him ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
Omg reading other comments i literally just remembered if they didnt go with guwon in the beginning, he would kill them. That's literally what happened to the doc's family bc they weren't of use to him. He said he was about to kill the mc if he hadn't found out he was a teacher, so no i don't think we can say they have to be loyal to him now when they had the "choice" of go or die lol
Just because someone makes a comment about another person looking like their parents, doesn't mean they bred the person or were involved romantically!!
If that were the case, then I have slept with and given birth to sooooooo many people!!! Most of who are older than me ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I've even commented on similarities in fingers and toes, but that didn't mean that I knew the ppl intimately. I've just seen their hands enough or something about their feet stood out to make the correlation.

I too would love 500 more chapters is this. But I'm sure the author has a good reason for making it short.
Maybe they just wanted to tell a cute little story about an alpha and omega finding each other in a world where these secondary sexes are fairly new, making their meeting serendipitous and destined<3
There's also another thought I have... Many people like drama and angst, especially in ABO stories and this one has loads of potential for that (more encounters with others like that alpha who they met on the street...he seriously gave me the heebie-jeebies!! (⊙...⊙) .. ). If the author doesn't want to go that route, they might be worried fans would lose interest if things were kept nice and unproblematic.
Hopefully we get lots of extras!!!! (⌒▽⌒)
