I just reached Chapter 18 and decided to read the comments for no reason. Turns out Season 1 ended in May 2025. I really thought it ended this year. Should’ve stayed clueless because now I regret continuing… the wait for Season 2 is gonna be painful.
But please give me some spoilers me. I saw people saying the story isn’t really “Like Father, Like Daughter” anymore because her dad is gone from the story. Is that true? I’m not sure if I should keep reading.

I stopped ages ago LOL after her dad started hating her and went crazy. The story got really boring. I don’t even remember where I left off. I guess it doesn’t get any better?

Not only boring, it's a waste of time to be honest—yes, doesn't get any better. Since knowing that she's not the OG, the duke goes missing, she looks for him, she got into trouble then forgets everything...Lots of things happened to her and she suffered so much. So it will be a long boring angst.
Ugh sounds worse than i imagined. Angst in a boring story just makes it much more boring.
Yeah, I finally finished it. But the ending was sooo underwhelming. Then again, that’s pretty much what I expected since I dropped it for so long.
