This chapter is really painful.
It starts by showing you his pain, then makes a point to show you there are people in his life who care about him. He could feel better with their support, but sometimes that's not enough.
Sadly, I do think he's going to attempt. In fact, I fear this chapter may have opened by showing us he already did.
By the end of the chapter, he's wearing the same shirt as in the beginning, and his hair also looks the same. The sfx make it clear that his heartbeat is fast paced, which happens when there's a significant amount of blood loss. As he's thinking about Nanjo, everything around him starts to get darker, which could mean he's losing consciousness. Not to mention how weak he looks…
I really, REALLY hope I’m wrong. Maybe his friends will worry and go back to him?
