The author probably thought some of the stories are cruel. I never read the old novels, but at least l know about King Arthur and his wife because l read different manga, probably Korean, about a girl who got sucked into a game and fell in love with braty Arthur later who has grown up and never has interested in evil Guinevere. In the manga, Ban is fully devoted to Elaine. I guess Ban never thought of loving another woman after all.
In the legends, Lancelot has a half-brother named Hector of the Fens.
Welp his mama is pregnant so who knows if the author was smart WE HAVE BAN X JERICO, but I guess they’ll be full brothers now
