So basically, i forgot the title of this manga, but the storyline goes to something like this.
The uke was an adopted omega into a rich family with 2 alpha brothers. The younger alpha was in a relationship with the omega. In that meantime, the younger alpha was "cheating" on him with another person by giving attention to the other party.
