there is the fact that the ml/white haired kid is prob not right in the head somewhere but ig op means to say all the bullying happening is also because of the bystanders which do nothing but gossip about the bullies being wrong but not putting up a united stand against 3 mere highschoolers for that matter, bystanders here means both the students, teachers, prob even the parents of the bullies and maybe the victims' too
