I'm currently at chapter 8 and I'm confused as to why Cherry doesn't use the money to get the house fixed??? Is it just because she doesn't want people to know that she is there? Why wouldn't she have staff at her new manor to help as someon even if it were just commoners from the village? And I don't mean the cleaning people she asked for but carpenters, cooking staff, gardeners stc.
Nvm my confusion was solved a few chapters later. Still can't understand what she needed the loan for but the other questions were answered the following chapters.
How come Duke Carl Hershvint knows that MC is OP and looked for information about her former her step-mother? I thought she was keeping it a secret from everyone?
