does anyone have spoilers about what will happen when he realizes they are the same person?
Spoilers:

From what I remember, once he remembers it was also around the time her execution date was, so he rushed to the location desperately wanting to save her and hoping it isn’t too late which when he arrived she was just getting executed by hanging. He was too far from actually stopping it from happening (he was within the crowd), so he shot at the rope hoping it would break and surprising it worked and she fell to the ground. From then he took her away and kept her at his place to heal and yes he is in love with her and regrets all the things he has done to her.
I kinda forgot but from what I remember I think the head maid or I forgot her name but the one that hired Rose got kidnapped or something happened and I think he tried to save her? Well more stuff happens, but he finds out she was actually colorblind and ask other people who had met Rose her hair color… he then connects the dots and the guy who visited her in jail confirmed that it was her. Like I said I’m not 100% sure but the catalyst was finding out that head maid was colorblind.
i dropped this after he fell from the tower (?) and she started the cult thing, i was thinking of catching up but considering the comments i guess no? wtf happened why is everyone so disappointed
Because people in comment section just know how to complain about a story. At this point no story at all are worthy to read...
Personaly with where you stop I wouldn't read it in one go. This is a really "loaded story" and like for the mansion part it is write to let you in the "mystery" of what is happening
..so the reason why people are upset because they can t wait the progression to understand it need to be all the story compact into the first chapter then 99 ch about them being happy and healthy as if it would make a good story..
Anyway if this is not something that bother you the story is very good. The more it goes the more you, as a reader, unlock the mystery behind that "game". You get answer on why, what, how etc.
If I have to describe the "format"
- You'll get "the mission" by this I mean the game asking for something and how FL do those things. For example with the sacrifise, you ll get the "how it goes" like she is doing this and that to achieve the goal. In those part you are left "confuse" you won't really understand why all of this (like for every mission since the begining)
- You get the outcome of the mission: the mission create some situations the "culmination" where you'll get a lot of the puzzle pieces, but not all the explaination. This is when you see the "plan" and how it play out, the consequence of the action that was taken while doing the "mission"
- then you have the mission being complete, you unlock the memory related to this mission and it give you the "atmosphere" for the next mission. For example the memory she unlocked just before leaving the mansion, it kind of conclude the arc/mission inside the mansion it explain you "what was happening in the mansion" and than you get a climps of "the atmosphere" the "conflict" between her and her brother and her link with demons, so you start a new mystery right after you get your first answers.
Then the format repeat it self
But the story doesn't stop with just fl, every "pawn" are "at play" so you ll get info about the Ml, about Noah, about the brother and Fl/Charlotte. All of those "segment" will give you some "informations" about "who they truly are" (as an individual but also their emotional state and the role they play, what happen to them). We could also add the "event" as it was an entity as well.
So this is a "puzzle like" story. it is not that this is bad, but for the reader you get to experience "confusion/mystery" for a couple of chapters then a lot of informations at once for a couple of chapters. This is not a format that would please people who can't stand "waiting" for answers and resolution of a conflict. But this is very good if you like that type of story. It is more on the "thriller" side than "action" kind of story.
