Well honestly tododeku is just as bad there is too much abusive undertones in todorokis life and Izukus sensitivity wouldn’t match with todorokis monotone personality and would just make Izuku sad in the relationship and todoroki would have undertones of abuse and depression, frankly every ship ever in bnha is toxic due to the dark storyline even the cannon one, just let people have their guilty pleasures without putting them down for it.

yet another mischaracterization of todoroki. many people act like todoroki is super emotionless and super cold but have you seen his character development DUE to izuku? izuku literally broke todoroki out of his little angsty rebellion that held him back. izuku is a sensitive person but he's also is a very determined and strong resolved person as well. they're still teenagers, and todoroki doesn't have a monotone personality, he just more indifferent.

Have you ever been bullied? These words stay for the rest of your life somewhere in your consciousness ,so what if midoria forgiven bakugo , that doesn't mean he forgot what he said and did, even if bakugo was immature and made a lot, aLOT mistakes you shouldn't treat him as he is good now BC he changed . Do you know what people feel while hearing things like go die, Ur usseles etc. That feel horrible and even more painful when you hear it from a person you somewhat admire . Just accept that this ship is toxic ,they would just end up hurting themselves. Yes, I have been bullied yes I have been told to die yes I have been threatened before, and who are you to guess Midoriya’s life of course Midoriya hasn't forgotten about but he chose to forgive Bakugou because I understood what he was going through. Bakugou has been abused by his mom mentally and physically he's not used to being friends. He was raised up with a superiority complex. In no way is this ship toxic. If Bakugou hadn't gotten closer to Midoriya yes then it would've been toxic. Y do u think Midoriya chose the hero name Deku? To show people he wasn't useless. And if Midoriya didn't like Bakugou then y is he trying to get closer to him? And Deku still admires Bakugou, even though Bakugou bullied Midoriya, he took those words and used them to be stronger. Even now Bakugou is Midoriya’s role model. And yes I would still be friends with that person because I know what they've been through and I know that they didn't mean it. And even if I wasn't friends with them I would forgive them. The only toxic thing about that ship is people like u.
