I just finished reading this and I’m here to say Oscar should’ve been the mc. He was the true victim in this fucking mess of a manga. Fuck Aria she didn’t truly change, her thoughts towards Jessie and Sarah were truly sickening (poor Jessie and her tongue). I only gave this a star for Oscar! May he find happiness.
The pacing was weird and we don’t really get much of a personality from the dad. Dad accepts the younger guys confession but we don’t really see how or when he fell in love with homeboy. Yena was hella spoiled but the father never once disciplined her (I’m not talking about spankings I just mean letting her know throwing tantrums when they’re outside instead of explaining what she wants isn’t ok).
I fucking hated this shit. First it was slow paced then it was fast and just everywhere. Don’t even get me started on the plot holes!!!! I feel so brain dead reading this shit but I kept telling myself it’ll get better. IT DIDN’T!!! We don’t even see Yon bail Yohan and the whole story of Chelsea was dumb. I’m so fucking annoyed but at least I can say I read the whole thing
This was a good read. I expected the second season villains to be the mafia from Hong Kong (season 1 chapter 1) but it was just Taren (I didn’t mind it).
The only problem I had with this manga was how they kept bringing up Yiyeon’s father. Even mentioned he’d be a problem and how he didn’t approve of Jin, but then we get nothing from that! No father appearance!!! The uncle was more of a father than the father was.
Also when Jin was doing a background check on Yiyeon there was never any mention of an older sister just the father and she just randomly appeared for like half a chapter? Kinda boring and no point for her sudden appearance. They should’ve added more to her idk.
P.s I couldn’t take what they called themselves seriously. Crackers?! Really?? So corny!!!!! Aaahhhhhhh!!!!!!
I get some of ya’ll enjoy this but I can’t! SPOILERS!!!!!!!! Why tf does she allow the prince to say all that flirty shit to her?? Like at least turn him down but she just looks at him with a dumb expression on her face blushing like an idiot. And then she gets jealous when randos stare at Lionel. Be so for real!!!! She freaking pisses me off. And then she gets cursed by Karina and feels guilty that Karina is facing the consequences of her actions!!! Bitch if she didn’t curse you she would’ve cursed someone else and then you’d view her differently. SO STUPID!!!!! Fucking annoying fl fuck I’m so annoyed!!!!!!

We didn’t see Hyobum get any justice. Sure what he did was shitty but the dude was living a nightmare and he deserved justice. Why was Hyobum the villain but Soobin got away with assaulting his friend? I fucking hate everything about this plot line.
I was about to say Hobyum had MORE character development than either soobin or yoo-il lmao. Like at least he admits he did shitty things AND worked hard to get clean AND he tried to talk things out with yoo-il, even begging him to stay on as an idol, and even kept the group together when he wasnt even the leader.
I'll never also forget he got sexually assaulted/forcefed drugs AFTER YOO-IL introduced him to a predator.
Like at least hobyum didnt abandon his group to get ahead then act like such a saint and force a fake relationship OR take advantage of a drugged up "friend of 10 years".
Yes you read that right I’m a hater. I have so many issues with this damn manga but I’ll only list 2. First off the fuck happen to the art in season 2????? My boys were lookin like Doodle Bob. Second why the fuck if the chick saw the manager come at her with a weapon why didn’t she try to hit him again?? She had so many chances to hit him instead she just stood there….. I just can’t. My list of problems with this manga is too long so imma just leave y’all with this.
I liked it. Yea the drama was a bit much but that’s all manga at this point. Plus it kinda made sense. College kids are known to cause drama when their life is boring. Especially knowing how much Korean people gossip whenever they see anything they don’t like (but that’s most people). It may have seemed childish but most adults are like that.
