I haven't read 100% Love Gauge so idk if this is what u mean, but in "Kwak Ha-jun's Observation Diary" the MC's first thought when meeting the ML is that he looks exactly like the character from the game he plays.
I mean its hot but im really disappointed the blonde guy is the top...
