Lf a manga I read a couple of years ago. The premise is that a city in japan randomly experienced a supernatural occurrence that caused everyone and everything within the city to experience a gravitational shift, resulting in everyone flying into the sky. It was a horror manga I think and I remember one of the subplots followed a pop star who got stuck on the underside of a highway or something after gravity flipped with one of her stalkers, and another subplot followed this guy in his house who needed to escape because the houses all started falling into the sky too due to poor quality/its own weight just weighing it down
was it horror genre? sounds like a junji ito work but i forgot the name of it. if it is horror genre then its prob junji and ill find the story

Yeah it’s horror, i think it might be junji but I couldn’t find it when I searched for it online and junji’s works are all pretty popular so I figured it might’ve been published by someone else

No that’s not it, it’s its own series and less floaty and more like gravity flipped and caused everything to turn upside down (sky is down, ground is up). People are stuck walking on ceilings and if they lose their footing they fall into the sky and theoretically just end up dying

Omg my grammar is not grammaring today I’ll just rephrase the premise:
The story takes place in a city/town/urban area in Japan and one day out of the blue everything flips upside down. Gravity itself stops pulling people towards the Earth and instead starts pulling people within this city to the skies. People are dumbfounded and panicking because one wrong step and they’ll fall into the sky (their perspective is that the sky is below them)
The chapters kind of played out like an anthology series where the mc would change every few characters, at the start we follow a dude chilling in his house when this gravitational shift occurred and everything flew to the ceiling of his room, and in the second or third we follow a couple of school kids who are like traversing the upside down landscape trying to find a way out of the city
