The mc was some kind of doctor and he was blind, there was some mention of him being a god or something but I do know he was definitely immortal. And the ml was a monster that was created in a barrel and started of as a child but later grew up into an adult and had romantic feelings for the mc.

It was then revealed that the two characters actually knew each other before but lost their memories for whatever reason
