No one knows. We don't know when the next chapter will be published, although April seems most probable. We will know at the end of Feb if it is due in April because it will be advertised in the February release. However once published someone or a group will need to translate it, scan it and upload it. As they do this as a hobby, it will depend on how much time they have. No one knows how long it will take - we don't know how long/complex the next chapter is.

I read Hoshi no yakata months ago and read Hoshi no Yoru ni Furete today. I remember, in a chapter of hoshi no yakata, sakurai went out of the mansion to meet with an old "friend(?)"... I'm wondering if that person is Seiya? Which chapter is this?

I hate weak and passive characters like sensei, but I want to see what happens, is he going commit suicide? will he resign? will he kill Shou? (unlikely), will he grow a pair and own his life? what? what? what?

it's not non-sense. it's called Stockholm syndrome and it's real. Pretty common (typical) in yaoi.
At least I'm waiting for more threesome before the typical idiotic ending buahahahha
