u cant find other users, u need to encounter each other by using topics,questions etc. and the mailbox feature is where u can chat w other users. Just tap someones profile,scroll down till u can find the send mail and follow button, hope it helps! lol
err its basically like dms
press the mail box then press on whatever whom your messaging back message and it should say "reply" with a box (this is for desktop I'm no sure if it's the same for phone)
