Might have been a manhwa cos there was explicit scenes (but wouldn’t wanna fully rule out manhuas ) The bottom had short blonde hair and the top has short black or dark blue hair. It was a historical/fantasy setting (not modern day) with Western-style nobles and aristocrats I think( kinda looked similar to How To Raise A Victim?) I think the top was a Commander. I think they were both of are of similar/equal high social standing. They would regularly meet up in secret to engage in a Master/Slave or Dom/Sub relationship or smth like that. There was also a scene were the top alters/modifies the bottom's dih without his permission (think it might have been a piercing don’t know if he went through with it or not might have been a scare tactic) think it was completed too read it back in like 2024 or smth.
