I did like vol 1 a bit more than vol 2 because it was a lot more subtle. But overall it’s very well written. The scene that got to me was when Fukusuke was talking with Riku about the rape scene. The only thing that bothered Fukusuke is that he couldn’t get hard. This just shows that the guy really just doesn’t care about Shou and does everything for his own sake.
The ending was fitting as well, Fukusuke will never change, he will always be a disgusting person, he will never overcome his fear of rejection and he will continue ruining everything to get what he wants, he doesn’t want to change. Shou will never learn anything as well and keep falling for Fukusuke’s act due to his naivety. And Riku… Riku is the only one that has the power to actually help break the cycle but he won’t do that because he is just as shitty.
