I like this mom. A bit cold in mannerisms between mother and son, but she seems like the only somewhat decent family member we've seen out of all four houses. Summer house is full of incest what with the male cousin seemingly wanting to marry the aunt of the new head simply because he couldn't marry the new heads mother. Fall? (White haired house) bunch of jackasses with the current head being a brother who had to adopt his brother as a son and everyone in that family seems to hate each other. Spring new head was abused all kinds and now that she's in power everyone either wants to mooch off her or are still trying to control her. This winter? House may have some distance between family but to me it seems mom saw her heir was responsible so handed over power so she can spend time with her hubby (it just seems that way to me with how she even falsely gave up a habit to make him happy). Mom isn't really forcing the son to do what the others want though seemingly wants her son to have some connection (wanting him to date).
So yeah so far Winter family is best family. I'm sorry if I got the seasons each house represents wrong.
So not going to bother mentioning the ML and his crappy behavior and the gaslighting from the parents. Everybody else already is. My concern is our FL went from suicidal, to wanting a divorce, to wanting to move (while still holding out for the suicide option if changing bodies doesn't work) and now she wants a baby. Yes prompted by the abusive parents, but why would she even think to try and convince Winter for a baby? Does she think a child will solve all their problems now that its in her head? Every character here is so fucking flawed that the pacing the author is using for the sake of the story is going to ruin it. I understand that since its a story the author needs to keep people interested but the progress of character development is being sacrificed.
She’s traumatized, she believes that if she gives birth to Winters child, the abuse will stop because she will be needed. That winter will acknowledge her because the child will depend on her to a certain point. It’s a method of survival rather than bandaid for a bullet wound. She has been abuse for the past several years. She most likely has sever Stockholm syndrome as well. I mean, why would she have a divorce anymore if they locked her in a closet for it, traumatizing her and showing her the punishment of that suggestion.
So, my guess is that the black sphere has something to do with the Queen of the neighboring Country looking for an Ice mage. Someone probably tipped her off that the FL is there. Also I think the unusual monsters that the FL is investigating also is somehow involved with said queen. I'm just waiting for FL to get kidnapped as is the usual trope.
After reading chapter 18 and 19, I must change my first theory about the FL and original story FL souls being mixed up when reincarnating, and instead speculate that after the original FL funded up in her first story run through (or after story) the powers that be reset the timeline and since they couldn't really remove someone they already reincarnated they brought in another more befitting sole and placed it somewhere where there was a chance to meet the ML, hence our FL being reincarnated into a body that will be threatened if she herself doesn't change the story.

There's a to be continued. I'm looking forward to more chaos
