Ok so i get you about the rape scene it was clearly rape but i think hinata just decided to forgive him bc he love him and wanted to be touched by him i don't think he liked it exactly but he just thought nothing can be done about you know . but the medicine i saw a lot of omegavers stories and i think in some universs the alpha medicine is have stronger side effects more than the omegas that why they decided to stop him.
