everyone have their own standpoint and opinion but let me just remind y'all this is a just A STORY, based on FICTIONAL CHARACTERS that the author MADE. tbh, yes the age gap is huge, like 12 years at that... if this was irl it'll be VERY VERY uncomfortable and unsettling. And yes, the seme was perverted too (it's not as if you haven't read bl/yaoi without a seme thats worse, but if you haven't then go read more).
At the very least the seme ain't one of those whose pestering for sex and on their first time the uke gave him consent (plus he wants it too).

If I'm not mistaken.. in the year I started reading yaoi/bl manga which was in 2013, Koi ni Nare was one of the manga that got me hooked (and turned me into a rotten fujoshi fufufu)!! tbh I kinda forgot this existed ≧∇≦ cause it's been so long and I just made an acc recently so ╮(￣▽￣)╭
At the very least Ayumu isn't the typical uke, where they are pretty much in denial about their feelings towards the seme till the last moment. Although, tbh the seme is somewhat boring and I was expecting a tad bit of angst and drama but it didn't happen... Still I enjoy reading this
