the manhwa's story line is becoming so different from the novel, I actually like Cliff's ending in the novel. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

ahm I am OK with the manhwa, it's just this scene and everything about the execution arc so different from the novel, just a little bit of a let down (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ But still it's great

Yeah is like they wanted to redeem the parents. It wasn't as heart wrenching as the novel, but I think if I didn't read the novel, I would have liked it more

    Small SPOILER alert

I still prefer the novels version of this scene arc, but its not bad, im actually a bit glad they are trying to redeem the parents too, it makes sense that after breaking 2 exceptions, and all the extra interference of the author that the parents are less influenced by the story, in the novel i remember thinking, wow why is the Duke such a bitch still, in the novel he basically dismissed Edith and lets Killian decided their fate, which duh he spares Edith, and the Mom explaining what actually happened is better, helped so much. I do wish they would have kept the scene where the blonde bitch was pleading Edith to do something (hint hint: exception). Maybe next chapter, they will show a perspective with that included i do hope they keep the next scenes relatively the same as the novel, its basically when Edith realizes/confirms who the Author is!
