I think the only way is to read what you are reading without logging in, its a pain especially because you have to click for every single page but i can't find out another way to avoid the main page of this site

I mean if you are not logged in you don't have the "multipage option" so you have to manually click for every single page of every chapter to move forward

but if you log in, unfortunately you can't avoid opening the page with the covers of the yaoi manga/manwha.
This site is very good and I have often used it as a "lifeline" but honestly in terms of functionality I have always found the other one that was recently shuted down better.
For example in your case, you would have just blocked the genre that you were not interested in through the settings and nothing with that tag would have appeared on the home page

A little tip, if you search for something and it has another titel on here, all you gotta do is type in the original name + mangago on google search and 90% of the time that way you will find the alt name ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
