Basically, I'll skip atsumu and that guy cuz i dont care , Azusa and inukai are pretending to be in a relationship and Azusa is doing it on purpose so he can piss off karino. On the page where ikunai throws water on Azusa he says that he looks like a real target now and that makes azusa mad. Tatsumi is saying:" Senzaki" and in the end inukai says that he wants a broken and hardly twitching Azusa. But since the message is on the left side he isn't the one sending it. Which probably means karino did it.

Later in other spoilers karino makes azusa pick a whip and he hits him as punishment. He is probably jealous but doesn't know how to express it in a right way.

I don't know, they might be a group of co-conspirators obsessed with Azusa.
Karino is an entitled elite, I'm not sure group chats with commoners is his thing... (also it wouldn't make sens that he'd send this to a group in which the guy he's being jealous of is a member)
